The gears dont work

Fix 1: Verify if your game version is higher or equal to 3095

server.cfg

set sv_enforceGameBuild 3095

Fix 2: Vehicle handling is not correctly done. Add the following to the vehicle handling:

handling.meta

Can change the gear while im on pause menu or NUI Focussed
